Yvette Nicole Brown e Frank Scherma, presidente da Academia de televisão norte-americana, anunciaram esta quarta-feira, 12 de julho, os nomeados para a 75ª edição dos Emmy Awards e cujos vencedores serão conhecidos numa cerimónia que irá decorrer no dia 18 de setembro.

O resultado final mostra claramente que foi um ano grande para a Warner Bros. Discovery, pois as três principais séries, em termos de nomeações, vieram da HBO/Max. “Sucession“, que terminou com uma poderosa temporada, lidera com 27 nomeações, seguindo-se a adaptação do videojogo “The Last of Us” com 24 e a fechar o pódio temos “The White Lotus“, que recebeu 23 nomeações, todas nas categorias de drama.

Nas categorias de comédia destacou-se “Ted Lasso“, da Apple TV, a quarta mais nomeada em termos globais, com 21 nomeações. “The Marvelous Mrs Maisel“, da Prime Video recebeu 14 indicações e “The Bear“, do FX, arrecadou 13.
